    Delayed Flights

    Plans change due to delayed or cancelled flights regularly. If this should happen to your travels here is the framework.

    • 1 hrs time from your arrival time is budgeted for Seatac Arrivals. Every effort will be made to accomodate, however there can be no guarantee made as to my ability to serve a delay that goes beyone 1 hours time.

    Cancelations

    There is a $45 cancellation fee, charged upon cancellation. If your card is not on file, I will provide a link to make payment.

    Payment Options

    I am happy to accomodate the various payment preferences of my traveling customers. This simple payment policy has worked well: I take cash or card, due upon delivery.

    Here are some variations of that simple policy:
    1. You might keep your card on file with me. If so, I will handle the transfer payment and gratuity according to your preferences.

    2. If your card is not on file with me, you might have received a link to make payment the day prior to your travels. You are welcome to pay upon receipt of the link or anytime during the transfer.

    3. If you did not receive a payment link the day prior to your travels (this is normal), your driver will be equiped to take payment by cash or card in the vehicle.

    4. If unpaid by the time we reach your destination, your driver will ask your payment intions and will be ready to help facilitate your preferred payment method.
